Enjoy the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service at London, Istanbul and Dubai airports exclusively for The Saudi Investment Bank credit cardholders. The service is provided by Visa via ZAPS Premium app.

How to get the service

1. Download the ZAPS Premium app.
2. Register or log in to your account.
3. Select the Airport Transfer option under services.
4. Enter your travel details, including:
   1. City and car type.
   2. Customer Location (pickup, drop-off) “maximum distance 45 KM from the airport”
   3. Mobile number and additional driver instructions.
   4. Review and confirm your booking.
5. You will receive a confirmation SMS after 2 hours from your request. Once received, you can download a voucher directly from the application containing your booking details including driver name and mobile number for convenience.

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer valid from 3 May 2026 to 3 Apr 2027.
2. This offer is applicable for the following SAIB’s Credit Cardholders both primary and supplementary: Visa Infinite Privilege Credit Card and Visa Infinite Credit Card will get maximum 4 services annually, and Visa Signature Credit Card will get maximum 2 services annually.
3. The transportation service is limited to the following airports: Dubai International Airport (DXB), London Heathrow Airport (LHR), Istanbul Airport (IST).
4. The service is provided by Visa via ZAPS Premium app.
5. The customer must spend at least SAR 3,000 within the same month to be eligible for this service.
6. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 39.46%.
7. Eligible SAIB’s Credit Cardholders can book this service for their family members.
8. Ride requests must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
9. The ride is defined as a one-way trip from the airport to the customer's location or from the customer's location to the airport (maximum distance 45 KM from the airport).
10. Any cancellation within 24 hours from the scheduled booking time will be considered as usage.
11. Infinite Privilege credit cardholders can use Dubai airport services through their concierge.
12. SAIB reserves the right to amend / stop the campaign offer at any point of time and such changes will be announced. These changes (amendment /stopping) will apply to new customers only who avail the offer post changes if any. However, all customers who have already availed the offer will not be impacted by the changes.
13. SAIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be misconducting, tampering with the offer process, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
